TV and film adaptations for games are pretty common nowadays, and Fallout's next in line at Amazon Prime. Reports are now emerging that Westworld's co-creator, Jonathan Nolan, has signed on to direct the first episode, now its been officially greenlighted.
Variety reports that Nolan, who was previously believed to be one of the show's executive producers alongside Lisa Joy (Westworld's other co-creator), has signed on for directing duties instead. Amazon's TV series was first announced back in July 2020, with Todd Howard joining as an executive producer.

Variety also confirmed that Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner will be the show's co-showrunners. While Wagner has been part of TV shows such as The Office, Silicon Valley, and Portlandia, Robertson-Dworet previously co-wrote the screenplays for Captain Marvel and Tomb Raider's 2018 reboot.
