The Headliners promotion has arrived in FIFA 22's Ultimate Team today.
Kylian Mbappe is the standout figure in a squad that also features the likes of Virgil Van Dijk and Vinicius Jr.
How Does Headliners Work?
The Headliners promotion is a performance-based event, featuring the top performing players from across the world of football.
Those lucky enough to be selected for a place in the squad will receive a card that is one in-form upgrade higher than their latest qualifying performance based item in FIFA 22. For example should Christopher Nkunku arrive, he will begin as an 89 OVR as his highest-rated item in-game currently is an 88-rated Team of the Group Stage card.
Following their release, each time a Headliner receives a performance based card in FIFA 22 their Headliner item will also receive an in-form upgrade. This means that the Headliner card will always remain the highest-rated version of the card available in-game.
Do note that Team of the Year and Team of the Season cards do not have any effect on the rating of a Headliner. The performance-based cards that apply to this promotion are as follows:
- Team of the Week
- Man of the Match
- Hero
- Team of the Group Stage
- Team of the Knockout Stage
