A brand new, festive promotion has arrived in FIFA 22!
EA has moved away from their usual FUT Freeze release, instead opting for a new promotion that goes by the name of Winter Wildcards.
The squad features a range of stars from across the world of football, some of which have seen permanent position changes.

Team 2 of the Winter Wildcards promotion has landed in FIFA 22.
Featuring the likes of Raheem Sterling, Eden Hazard and Anthony Martial, the release may just have pipped the Team 1 release to be the best promotional squad of the year so far.
Winter Wildcard Explained
The Winter Wildcard promotion is the FIFA 22 equivalent of the FUT Freeze and FUTMAS promotions that we have seen in years gone by.
The promotion is a concoction of the best bits that we have seen from each of the promotions this year so far, featuring position changes, weak foot upgrades, skill move boosts and more.
There is also expected to be a host of Daily SBC content thrown into the mix, so be sure to check back each night at 6 pm GMT to find out what is in store.
Winter Wildcard Expiry Date
The Winter Wildcard promotion went live in FIFA 22's Ultimate Team at 6 pm
GMT on Friday, December 17th.
Team 1 will remain in packs for seven days, before being replaced by Team 2 at the same time next Thursday (December 23rd).
The promotion will come to an end on Friday, December 31st.
