Are you excited to check out all the new Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 map changes? Then it's time to dive deep into everything we know about them.
Unlike previous seasons, Epic Games managed to keep most things under wraps right until the season started, with only a few leaks to excite fans.
For this season, the devs have cooked a few fun collaborations that will debut with the launch of the new post-apocalyptic-themed season, including one with Fallout and Magneto from the X-Men.
If you were a fan of the Greek mythology-themed POIs, you'll be happy to hear they weren't replaced, and both Mount Olympus and Grim Gate will remain on the map.
With that said, time to move on to all the brand-new POIs that will be available in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3.
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3 POIs
Dataminer Wensoing shared a neat map that will give players a general idea of where to find each new POI, with Epic Games giving further details via a blog post.
Redline Rig
Located south of Brawler's Battleground, Redline Rig is a Nitro refinery run by The Machinist, the Wasteland Warriors’ master mechanic. Nitro is a brand-new item that can supercharge players or cars and will make vehicles more important than ever.
Nitrodrome
The Nitrodome is controlled by a new NPC called Ringmaster Scarr. It seems like the ideal place to use your supercharged cars with Nitro and see who comes out on top.
It's located south of Restored Reels and while the way players will interact with it remains a mystery, it will definitely be one of the most interesting POIs of the season.
Brutal Beachhead
Brutal Beachhead is the base of operations for the Wasteland Warriors. Located in the deep south of the map, a lot of the new NPCs will hang around this POI, including the leader of the faction Megalo Don.
Sandy Steppes
While not entirely a new POI, the former Snooty Steppes got a makeover as it was devoured by the sandstorm that approached the Fortnite island. It's now called Sandy Steppes and has lost its relaxed Santorini vibes in place of a more Mad Max atmosphere.
