Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 is finally here, bringing a ton of new updates to the battle royale, including new Medallions for players to collect.

Medallions are relatively new to the battle royale, having been introduced during Chapter 5 Season 1. Players would need to take out bosses to claim them, giving them access to shield regeneration and the ability to open a vault with rare loot.

With Season 2, a few Medallions themed around Greek gods were added. In this guide, we'll tell you all about them and the perks they'll give you if you collect them.

Sadly, at the of writing, we don't have full access to what each does due to server downtime extending beyond the initial expected end. However, leaker HYPEX has given intel into what each does.

  • Combat: Imbues ranged weapons with increased damage
  • Siphon: Grants healing siphon effect on enemy elimination
  • Speed: Run faster and jump higher while sprinting
  • Agility: Gain charges of Underworld Dash over time for quick bursts of mobility

We don't expect those names to be official but rather working titles. Some have clear connections to Greek mythology, like the speed Medallion, which will likely be tied to beating Hermes.

It's still unknown if these new Medallions will also provide shield regeneration like the ones in Chapter 5 Season 1, especially since they have more unique perks.

According to HYPEX, like with previous Medallions, you'll be more visible on enemy minimaps as a big golden circle will show up around your location.

And that's all we know for the moment. Once the servers are back up we'll update this article with official information about the Medallions and the locations.
