Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 has gotten its first update titled ‘Rise of the Midas’ and the fan-favorite gold-handed boss Midas is officially back, freed from the Underworld prison. As he returns with a brand new look and his iconic Drum Gun Midas brings with him a new version of the classic Floor is Lava LTM. Let's go over all the challenges and rewards Midas brings with him.

The latest Rise of Midas 29.01 update allows users to play the Limited Time Mode - Floor is Lava, which was first introduced in Update v8.20. . Let’s take a look at the Rise of Midas, Fortnite’s latest event, and see what sort of new challenges and rewards are in store for us.

All Quests and Rewards in Rise of Midas

Like previous updates Rise of Midas brings event-related quests which upon completion provide free rewards. The Quests are divided into five different phases each going live one after the other and will be available till the end of the event.

Midas Rises Quests

The first of the 5 phases went live on March 19 at 9 AM ET. Let’s take a look at the quests and their subsequent rewards.

The 2nd Phase called the Et Tu, Brutus? Went live on March 20 at 9 AM ET. Here are the challenges and their rewards:

The Myths of Midas Quests will begin on March 27 at 9 AM ET. Check back again as we will keep this section updated.

The Great Marigold Yacht Heist Quests

Rise of Midas Cosmetic rewards

Additionally, apart from XP, there are three cosmetic rewards attainable by completing quests. Below are all the requirements and their rewards:

All Floor is Lava LTM Quests and Rewards

Alongside the Rise of Midas challenges the Midas Presents: Floor is Lava LTM has its own unique sets of quests and subsequent rewards. These quests are available till the end of the event. As the Rise of Midas event continues Fortnite may add new quests and we’ll update them here.
