The most effective method of destroying Fuel Silos in Helldives 2 involves calling in a Hell Bomb from the Super Destroyer. Hell Bombs are an extra Stratagem and can only be used when you're within proximity of a particular objective.
Simply arm the bomb with the code, get clear of the blast radius, and watch the Fuel Silos tumble to the ground. It's worth noting that you'll need to place the Hell Bomb as close to the Silos to guarantee their destruction.
Once the Fuel Silos are destroyed, the mission objective should disappear from the screen. With it done, you can now continue other objectives.

When approaching the Fuel Silos, there are multiple enemies that can prevent you from destroying them. The Automatons that spawn nearby are never-ending, meaning plenty of communication and coordination among squadmates will be required to clear the area before activating the Hell Bomb.
