There are a total of 44 trophies to earn in Astro Bot. Thanks to our guide, making a Bot Tower and unlocking the Keep It Together! trophy is no trouble at all.
A Bot Tower is a collection of rescued bots that can be built once enough bots have been saved. The good news is that you can do this fairly early in the game, so you can dive into this challenge before more challenging levels come into play.
How To Build a Bot Tower in Astro Bot
The first step toward earning the trophy is to figure out how to make a Bot Tower.
This cannot be done until at least ten bots have been rescued, so it is recommended that you complete a few levels first.
If you haven’t collected ten bots, replay earlier levels or search for them in the Crash Site, where 30 are available.
It might also be worth gathering more than ten, as having additional bots can help you long-term in the game. Below are the precise locations of bots in the Crash Site.
- Bot 1-2: Under a fallen rock with an Astro Bot symbol.
- Bot 3: Stuck on a tree in the northeast jungle.
- Bot 4: Clinging to a wall in the northeast jungle.
- Bot 5-8: In a cage in the northeast jungle.
- Bot 9: By the fallen satellite in the northeast jungle.
- Bot 10: On a turtle in the southeast beach area.
- Bot 11: On a wall by lower platforms in the southeast beach.
- Bot 12: Right side of the southeast beach, near coral.
- Bot 13-16: In a cage in the southeast beach area.
- Bot 17: Left side of the southwest snowy area.
- Bot 18: In a corner of the southwest snowy area.
- Bot 19-22: Inside an ice block in the southwest snowy area.
- Bot 23: Dangling from a tree near the crashed satellite in the southwest snowy area.
- Bot 24: On a pillar in the northwest area.
- Bot 25: Left side of the northwest area.
- Bot 26: On a pyramid in the northwest area.
- Bot 27-30: On a higher platform in the northwest area.
After obtaining ten bots, Astro will have to use the help of other bots to assemble a tower. To do this, head to a site needing help and press the Triangle button to bring someone over. These locations are easy to identify due to their vivid markers, which display the required number as you get near them.
How To Get a Bot Out of a Tower Without Causing It To Collapse
The ideal location to earn the Keeping It Together trophy is the gathering point to the left of the Crash Site from where your ship is. To unlock this help point, ten bots must be used to move large rocks into position.
The bots will build steps with the rocks that lead up to a box positioned on a high column. Moving to the highest step reveals a Bot Tower. This spot was the best for making a Bot Tower, though you can place it anywhere on the Crash Site. This is a prime spot because the rock stabilizes the counterweight, preventing the Tower from collapsing.
To unlock the trophy, you must dislodge a bot from the tower without collapsing the rest. If you want to remove a bot from a Bot Tower without making it fall, just hit the one at the bottom with a square punch. This will dislodge the bot, and the next one will settle in, leaving the tower standing firm without collapsing.
