While working on their various jobs your Pals can actually end up getting injured. Sometimes this can be as simple as an upset Pal but other times you can develop injuries such as Fractures which will only get worse with time. So, knowing how to cure the Palworld Fracture status is extremely important.

If your Pal gets injured and develops the Fracture status effect in Palworld it will become demotivated quicker and will also have its work efficiency reduced. If left untreated, the Fracture will only become worse and result in a more serious status effect. In our guide, you'll learn how to treat Fractures in Palworld and get your Paldeck back into shape.

How to treat Fracture status in Palworld

A simple method to treat a Fracture is to simply give that Pal a break and return them to the Palbox. Although it will take time, the injury will eventually heal. However, this leaves them unavailable for work and is inconvenient if you need that particular Pal urgently. In these scenarios, the only way to cure a Fracture is to use Medical Supplies. Let's go over how to get and use these.

Build Medieval Medicine Workbench

You can't build the Medieval Medicine Workbench until you unlock it from the Technology menu when you hit Level 12. It's necessary because it's the only production facility that allows you to craft Medical Supplies to fix a Fracture.

Crafting the Medieval Medicine Workbench requires the following materials:

  • Wood x30
  • Nails x5
  • Paladium Fragments x10

Craft Medical Supplies

Once you've finished building your Medieval Medicine Workbench, it's time to produce the cure for a Fracture, the Medical Supplies.

  • Bone x1

You can only find Bones by hunting down Rushoar in the starting areas.

Crafting can take a while, so we suggest leaving it to a Pal with the Medical Production job suitability.

Feed Medical Supplies to Pal

Now that you have your Medical Supplies ready you need to walk up to the Pal with the Fracture and either press 4 on the keyboard or RS on the controller to open up its interaction menu. From here, choose the Feed option and feed the Medical Supplies to your Pal and this will remove the Fracture!

Alternative methods to get Medical Supplies

While the above-listed method is one that we will recommend due to its reliability, it can be time-consuming. Unless you have Medical Production job Pals readily available, you might want to try out this more costly but convenient method of obtaining Medical Supplies. You can find Medical Supplies by defeating human enemies, such as the Syndicate or Free Pal Alliance, in the overworld or by purchasing them from the Traveling Merchants at the cost of 800 each.
