Jiyan
- Rarity: 5-star

Jiyan leads the Midnight Rangers, Jinzhou’s military force dedicated to defending the region from outsiders. This brave leader can summon the winds to call forth a Qinglong, which shields him in battle.
Simply put, Jiyan is one of the highest DPS characters in all of Wuthering Waves. Utilizing Aero damage and a Broadblade, Jiyan is capable of high single-target and AoE damage, meaning he's great in nearly every scenario you'll face.
Yinlin
- Rarity: 5-star
- Element: Electro
- Weapon: Rectifier
- Role: DPS

Yinlin was formerly a skilled Jinzhou Patroller. Despite her suspension from the Public Security Bureau, she continues clandestinely pursuing wrongdoers.
Yinlin is one of the best AoE damage dealers in the game. Thanks to her puppets, Yinlin has powerful crowd control and electro-damage both on and off the field.

Calcharo was once banished from the Lawless Zone of the New Federation and now leads the Ghost Hounds, a multinational mercenary group.
Like Jiyan, Calcharo is a great main DPS character that will carry your team. The good news is that Calcharo can be picked up from any banner, unlike Jiyan, who is only available from his limited-time banner. While Calcharo is incredibly powerful, he is harder to master than you might expect - which is crucial to take full advantage of his power.
Yangyang

Yangyang, an Outrider for the Midnight Rangers, identifies and probes anomalies. Her exceptional swordsmanship enables her to harness the winds and safeguard those around her.
Despite being a standard four-star character, Yangyang is a great DPS character. Even better, however, is that Yangyang can provide energy for the next character to take the field after her, giving Yangyang strong supportive abilities. Likewise, Yangyang's wind powers enable her to group enemies. Yangyang is great for setting up big combos by pairing her crowd control with her support effect.
