Tukarok Shrine solution in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
To locate the Tukarok Shrine, head east from the Wetland Stable South Well in the Lanayru Wetlands region. Lookout Landing is situated to the west of the shrine's location. It's essential to watch for the Moblin boss that guards the area. You can also just head to these exact coordinates: 0915, -0250, 0035.

To begin, leap down to reach a cart and a ball. Use the Ultrahand ability to attach the ball to the cart, positioning it right in front of the lava pit and facing toward it. Hop onto the cart and strike the wheels with your sword to set it in motion.
After successfully crossing the lava, detach the ball from the cart and bring it to the next room. Attach the ball to the block located on the right side of the room. Then, move the block to the end of the track, allowing the ball to slide down. Proceed to the end of the room and climb the ladder. Once you reach the platform's top, use the Recall ability to bring the block back up to your position. Swiftly detach it from the block, and you're all set!
Take the ball with you into the next room and attach it to the cart with wheels. There’s a Zonaite Sword at the left of the room in a treasure chest. Use the Ultrahand ability to scan the area and grab the chest.
Grab the small plank behind you and attach it to one of the wheels on the cart. This will serve as a paddle. Repeat the process on the other side with another plank. It's essential to have these paddles, as the cart will be stuck in place otherwise. Once both paddles are attached, drop the cart into the water. Jump on the cart and strike the wheel with your sword.
Detach the ball from the cart and carefully position it on the button in the room. This will activate the mechanism and open the final door in the corridor where you initially started.
Move the ball into the receptacle in the corridor to keep the door open. Now, proceed through the open door and reach the sigil at the end. Interact with the sigil to receive your Light of Blessing, indicating the completion of the Tukarok Shrine!
