LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga continues to be a success as the revamped title now has the biggest physical launch sales for a LEGO game in the UK. According to Gamesindustry.biz (via VGC), the previous record-holder for the biggest Lego game launch sales in the UK was LEGO Indiana Jones, which came out way back in 2008.
It’s not just big for a LEGO game as the report also points out that LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga also has the biggest launch of the year for a boxed game thus far. It seems a lot of players still want their titles in physical form and we’re sure some of the pre-order LEGO figurines helped with that.

The fact that LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has outperformed Horizon Forbidden West and Pokemon Legends: Arceus during their launch dates is impressive, if only in boxed versions. Only time will tell if LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga eventually beats LEGO Marvel Super Heroes as the best overall selling LEGO video game.
