It's in aid of cheering up Ethan after Gabe's death, and involves trolls, snakes and Jesters with riddles to solve. The Jester outside the Black Lantern has a riddle that needs working out in exchange for a coin. Here's what you need to give as the answer.

Life Is Strange True Colors: How to Solve the Jester's Riddle at the LARP
Before you enter the Black Lantern during the LARP in Life Is Strange True Colors look across the street for a Jester. They are instructed to give you a riddle, one which asks for the names of three powerful figures responsible for crafting the jewels you are looking for. To solve this, go into the Black Lantern.
Go over to the pool table and look at the wall behind it. There is a hanging note here that explains what the names you are looking for are: Nira, Desys and Belin. Take this information back to the Jester to get your reward. You can ask them for another riddle, but it turns out they only wrote one of them.
Rewards
For completing the Jester's Riddle you will get two coins. these can be spent in the Record Store, where Steph is waiting dressed as a witch. If you haven't met the troll already, we recommend buying the Troll Dust, it'll make things much easier later on.
