Deadpool and Wolverine are set to go on a multiversal romp on the big screen and it looks like they’ll also be making a stop in the Fortnite universe. Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR posted art of the superpowered duo on X, hinting at a collaboration with the popular battle royale game.
The image posted features Deadpool with his mask covering only the upper half of his face as he makes finger guns. In front of Deadpool is Wolverine, donning his iconic yellow and blue suit riddled with bullet holes and slash marks. Behind the pair is a bunch of Deadpool-themed items like a guitar and a hot air balloon.
Both of these superheroes have crossed over with Fortnite before, but Wolverine seems to have a new skin this time around. Though it isn’t an exact copy, Wolverine’s suit in the posted image is clearly based on the one worn by Hugh Jackman in the upcoming film.
ShiinaBR has been quite busy in the last 24 hours posting about the latest Fortnite update and leaks but the Deadpool and Wolverine collaboration has clearly taken the spotlight. Fans couldn’t help but express their excitement over ShiinaBR’s post, with one X user exclaiming “I thought it was the comics, holy s**t” and another saying “THEY ARE PERFECT”.
Fortnite is known for having outlandish crossovers with other titles and ShiinaBR has shed some light on the return of other collaborations through the game’s item shop. Among these titles are Avatar: The Last Airbender, Stranger Things, and Jujutsu Kaisen.
