The Sims 4 Daily Rewards and Login Events are finally here, and whether you love it or hate it, it seems to be a feature that is very much here to stay. Indeed, it's a move from Maxis that has seemingly shocked the majority of the community surrounding Sims 4. After all, who would have thought that a massively popular simulation game like The Sims 4 would get its very own 'battle pass'.

To be clear, this new pass system is a new reason for players to login every day by offering active Sim players different rewards.

Previously the feature was not active in the game itself, and was revealed via the latest The Sims 4 update patch notes. Users went even further by digging into what these rewards were, and as summarised by The Sims Community website, seems to be a mixture of items like furniture, as well as traits and cosmetics. However, the feature is now available and has been since early June.

Feedback to this feature has been altogether mixed, with a few players likening Maxis offering daily rewards for The Sims 4 to games with battle passes like Fortnite and Apex Legends.

  • Click on the correct tile. You'll know which one it is because it'll say 'login event'.
  • Click 'Claim' and the reward will automatically be added to your game.
  • Login at least 8 times over the course of the 4 week event to earn all The Sims 4 rewards.

It should be noted players are only able to earn these rewards via an internet connection. If you do not have internet, it will not be possible to earn these daily items, cosmetics and/or traits.

Can you earn multiple rewards at once in The Sims 4?

Is there anything worse than missing a day or two and feeling like you've missed out on all of the cosmetics you were waiting for? Nope!

Thankfully, if you have multiple rewards available, you can claim them all with a single click of the button. Still, it's better to login every day, as these login events are timed.

Why can't I claim a daily reward in The Sims 4?

Due to the nature of The Sims 4 daily rewards and login events, these special items are timed. So, if you can't claim a certain item, cosmetic or trait, we believe it's due to the following reasons.

  • The login event has ended and so items are no longer able to be claimed.
  • You are not connected to the internet.
