The Ascent has been rated in Taiwan and while it launched earlier this year, this confirms that PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 editions are on the way. Previously, the game was only available on Xbox and PC.
As seen through the Taiwan Rating Software Rating Information group, listings for The Ascent release detail PlayStation ports. That's the first official information we've had which confirms that this game is going to Sony's consoles.

The Ascent Gets Rated In Taiwan, Confirms PS4 and PS5 Editions
PlaysStation fans had previously voiced their interest in having this game on the platform, to which the developers stated players should keep an eye out on their official social media for related updates. Evidently, that's finally happening.
